App failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) on Google Chrome

Whenever i open chrome from object dock i get an error message saying app failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). click ok to treminate.

What happens when you open Chrome without using Object Dock? If it opens without any errors, edit the Object Dock shortcut to Chrome.

Yes it just opens and can u explain a little more 'edit the objectdock shortcut to chrome' please.

The shortcut to Chrome that you've created in ObjectDock might be incorrect, so check its settings. I use RocketDock, which is similar to yours, so I think you just have to right-click the Chrome shortcut icon and change the settings from there, pointing it to the correct location for the Chrome exe.
