Yes, in Firefox, IE, Opera and Chrome. The homepage loads quickly and the navigation bar works.

Do you think you know the problem as to why I can access the site?
I can via proxy.

Are you using IE8? It happened to me before, I can't access any site unless I use proxy. If IE8 try going back to IE7 by uninstalling IE8 and see if it will work there. Or you can use alternate browsers like firefox and chrome if it's just the website you can't access.
