Problems On The Web

My Computer Does Not Seem To Be Accessing Web Pages Properly. When I Go To My Banks Web Page It Only Pops Up With A Single Line Down The Left Side And I Cannot Access Any Information That I Click On. It Also Does This With Other Importaint Pages. If I Go To The Dept Of Labor And Ind. It Will Not "click" On Any Arrow Boxes And Says Done In The Status Box. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What type browser?
How strong are your security settings?
Can you make exceptions for these sites? Then try again?
Is Java up to date?
Have you checked for malware?
