mhtml is not a registered protocol?

Hi,
I noticed this was posted on 2/22/06 and is my same question:
I use a PC with windows XP and once in awhile I will receive an email that is supposed to have some sort of pictures with the emil that is forwarded to me. But, I just see a blank box where some type of picture should be
When I right click on the blank box to view image, I get the message"Mhtml is not a registered protocol". It also does not allow me to right click on the image and download it or save it to file. I tried using internet explorer and outlook and same message occurrs. Any ideas?

Hi,

I am wondering what program you are using to view your email in. I ask because my best guess is that the program doesn't support mhtml (MIME HTML). I would see if you can get the send to send the file in a different format. That would be a start you might also want the sender to look at this page. For more help.
