AOL freezes (need aol for wife)
need to get my system to sign on to AOL which is now freezing upon the 'checking password' step. my wife is addicted to aol and needs to have it working properly, i typically use eihter slim browser or firefox which appear to be working properly (as i can get on aol through these for now). I recentyl cleaned out my registry using spy bot and neglected to obtain any log file or back up. all in aol software quick 'fixes' etc. are not working for me. and I have also performed an upgrade to aol. my error message reads as follows.
Error AC-0000; err 0x90000000 I would preffer not to try to remove all aol and downlaod/re-install as i may loose information and am not sure that will even work. also - as you may know aol support for free is gone help - thanks,
