AOL Hell!

Hope I've put this in the right place!
I give up, AOL has had it's chips from me. We've only ever had AOL and lately it's been a pain in the backside with frequent loss of internet connection problems and apologies.
Where to go now. We need a sever that is reliable for home use. I really don't know one from another. Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can do my homework before making a decision please? There seem to be so many out there.
Thankyou in anticipation,
Me.

Re: AOL Hell!

I reccomend you talk to neighbors to see who has what for an ISP and how satisfied they are. Where do you live? In the US, your options are usually limited to Cable or DSL.

Who provides your connection to the internet now?
