IEXPLORE.EXE ruuning unde System

Hi there,
When i check task manager IEXPLORE.EXE process is running as a User Name SYSTEM even i didnt open any internet explorer using my username.
And few pop up`s automatically apperaing my system.

I scaned my system using Uniblue,SpyWare,SuperAntispy ware but didnt found any suspected files exept spme cookies.

Can any body help me

dm01, After the user follows the directions and posts in this thread, the entire thread should be moved to he HJT forum. The folks over there like to see all of what has been done thus far. So if you could kindly move it for him it would be great!

The instructions say to post there, and I don't think they'd be very interested in this. The moderators have told me that unless actions that may affect the infestation have already been taken, it is best to start a new thread on the board. I don't know if this is in fact accurate but I'll go with it.
