Yahoo Messenger Please Help :)
I have one screen name on my Y messenger that constantly logs in and out every couple of min's. It only does it with one screen name. I uninstalled from add/remove, deleted folder from program. Fresh re install. Ran spy boy most updated/ anti virus most updated. Googled similar problems. Someone said it could be the "add a buddy" exploit and to go to www.m.yahoo.com/messenger and log on that way and you would be able to take care of it there, but based on those instructions, I saw no add buddy request notifications. Does anyone know what this could be. If I change my messenger settings to firewalled with no proxies. It stops it, but it doesn't let me go into any yahoo chat. I also changed my password thinking that might help. It doesn't look as if anyone has actually hacked into my mail or anything. So I dont know what else to do. Please help. Thanks

Re: Yahoo Messenger Please Help :)
I would recommend that you take a look at Pidgin, or Trillian. These are both multi-protocol IM programs that you can use. Check them both out and see what you like about either of them. You can go to chat rooms on them.
Cheers!
