Netscape 7.2 cannot open mail

Trying to open mail I get this error message: "Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you to write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox"
This just started after about 4 years of 7.2, I have tried just about everything. Any ideas?

Problem started two days ago, with file being processed. Problem is on only one pc, files are still there but the viewing has been disabled. Think that "jsp" may have be mucked up. Suspect out side source, possibly in a down load or up date, ala a_l.

Searching for any file changes in the last couple of days.
