Sorry, I've never used either of those download managers. Have you looked in their Help files?
If you want to try FlashGet and the FlashGot addon for Firefox, you can download multiple links.

I don't know of any download manager that allows you to manually copy/paste multiple links. They usually grab the links from a page, show a list of the files for you to confirm, then download one at a time or in groups, depending on how you set it up.
