Whenever I log on, IE opens and goes to http://www.techsupportforum.com/register.php?

Plz help its really annoying.. it goes to a site that says FORBIDDEN!?!?!?

i think you should go to start up programs. i think you will see something. remove it. i mean you will see program works with start up programs that's program causes this.
