Netscape needs to close
I've ran into a problem with Netscape 7.2. On some sites, a box pops up and says something like "Netscape has encountered a problem and needs to close". I found the following link which seems to have the fix, but when I d/l the link from the Netscape guy, it still doesn't work. Do I need to delete the "flash" plug in and find an earlier version?

From reading that thread, it looks like using an earlier version of the Flash DLL will cure the problem (or it did for the poster concerned). The same thing is mentioned here, so you could try it.
Maybe also consider upgrading the browser. Netscape 7.2 was released in early August 2004. I suppose this makes it quite old in browser terms. Netscape 7.2 is based on the Mozilla Suite (version 1.7). Mozilla themselves stopped development of the Suite in April 2006 but it continued to be developed by others under the name of SeaMonkey. SeaMonkey can therefore be considered (in a way) as an upgrade of the Netscape 7.2 type of browser. IMHO, it might be better to upgrade the browser, rather than downgrade a DLL to make the existing browser work properly. I've tried SeaMonkey and it works OK. http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/
