window size problems

Does anyone know how to make firefox windows bigger? Like I'll wanna get on a site like shockwave, and play a game, and you have to click a window and it pops open, and firefox won't let you resize it, but ie does. Does anyone know hwo to change the size? i tried editing that file on firefox, making layout.resize somethin or other, its a boolean, true instead of false, but it didnt work. So if anyone knows how to make it possible to resize windows in firefox 1.5.0.1? thanks

Check in Tools > Options > Content > Enable Javascript (is ticked) > Advanced > Move or Resize existing windows (is ticked).

You could check that - layout.frames.force_resizability - is set to true. (Double click to toggle).

I downloaded a prgram, it let you go into advanced settings and like choose different tabs and change deep settings, and i got it fixed. I'm not on my laptop but when I get home I'll get it up and see what the name of the program was and let you know. Thanks
