I can't run Firefox....Please help.

Every time I try to open it I get an error message that says "7-zip" "unspecified error". Can anyone help me?

Are you using the 7-Zip (file compressor) extension?
Go to Start > Run and type "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode
(change file path if yours is different)
Disable or uninstall the extension and restart Firefox.

It's not under program files. The only place I see it is on the desktop.

Is the Firefox browser installed and you have used it in the past? Or are you trying to get it going for the first time?
