In firefox, go to Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies, and click the Exceptions button. Type in www.weightwatchers.com and click Allow.

To enable java, go to Tools > Options > Web Features and enable java and javascript. Also check your firewall settings for cookies and java/mobile code.

it might not be firefox that's the problem. try and do a ping of the site, then see if you can get to it via iexplorer, also, are you running a firewall or any security?

How far into the weightwatchers site did you try to go? Their opening page is "Site requirements - Make sure your browser accepts cookies" but if you scroll down to the bottom and click SITE MAP it will take you to the Main Menu page where you can logon and view the contents.

I've tried this in Firefox with cookies & java turned on and off, works both times.

Don't worry about what their support told you. Firefox 105 has only been available for a few days and is basically the same as 104.

Your list of software should keep you safe, just remember that your firewall's settings can sometimes prevent you from viewing certain things like Java, adverts and sites that require cookies.

Post back if you're still having trouble
