playing games

when i play neopets games and win it will not let me send score init says shockwave movie has errors that cause this problem is there anything i can do it plays alright on internet explorer thank you for the help

Hello, Rose. I searched for your problem, and found a topic with a user having almost exactly the same problem, even for the same game. Here is a link to that topic

The user claims they uninstalled then reinstalled Shockwave, and it fixed the problem. But...

You may wish to check this link FIRST http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ to see if your Shockwave player is working and or up to date. IF yours is working, you will see the animation on the page, if not, it will ask you to install the Shockwave plugin. I clicked it myself, and it says that I need to install the missing plugin (Shockwave).
