Re: browers suggestion not there anymore
Are you talking about the inline autocompete suggestions? Like... Say you are typing something that starts with "An" then it would make a little white box come up that would list words typed before, like:
"Animal Anime Analogy" Like that? Or do you mean up in the address bar (location bar) when you type something, it would drop down and show you a list of visited websites that match the beginning of what you typed? |

Re: browers suggestion not there anymore
I'm sorry, but I just don't fully understand what you mean.
I know in FireFox 3, just above the address bar, there is a second bar where you can search from. And on the left, it has a little icon for what search engine you'll be searching from. And if it is yahoo, or google, it will display suggestions. I've attached two pictures to my post, showing what I'm talking about. Is that what you are talking about? Re: browers suggestion not there anymore
Oh, no sorry needed. I'm not sure what add-on it could have been. I did a search on the add-on site ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ ) and found something that sounds similar to what you had, I also double checked to see if it was available for FireFox 2, and it seems it is. It is called "#1 Searchalot for Firefox." Here is a link to it:

Here's another link to the FireFox add-on site that shows the search results for "Search Suggestions" in add-ons for FireFox 2: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...lver=2.0&pp=20 |
