History
Can I somehow export my History from Mozilla Firefox? And import it later?
I want to export it, delete the current history, see if firefox will be faster, decide from the result of the previous step if i should import my history or not. |

Re: History
You can backup your history with MozBackup, then delete it and restart Firefox. You can then restore the backed up history after you've completed your speed tests.

Re: History
Wow it took like 2 minutes for my Pentium 4 2.4ghz processor to delete the history... it had like 24 mbs of it and 33 mbs was the export of everything :)
Neat application. You know, after closing firefox before, firefox.exe process would still be active for like several seconds. Now without the 1 year stored history, it disappears right away after closing firefox. I have also tried to restore the history and it went fine. Thanks for the help and for this awesome application. |

Re: History
If you want to delete your history every time you close down Firefox so it doesn't slow down your browser in future, follow the instructions in post #4 in this thread: http://www.techsupportforum.com/alte...6-firefox.html
Alternatively, you can limit the size of your saved history by going to Tools > Options > Privacy tab and changing the number of days for 'Remember my browsing history for at least...' to a lower number.
