OS: windows xp sp3

firefox wont open on my account
i am the administrator on my computer and firefox opens on everyone elses account but not mine. i've unistalled reinstalled, and did a virus scan and malware. but when i go to task manager it is running but nothing is showing and it takes my computer usage up top 100 when its stuck and wont open.......so what do u recommend i do
