Firefox won't start since Blue Screen

I'll keep this short. One day, I was browsing the web on Firefox when I got a blue screen error. The fool I was, I neglected to write down what it said, so when I restarted my computer, Firefox just wouldn't open. It appeared on the Process tab of the Task Manager, but it just would not open. My family tried everything, including my brother doing some strange thing on the computer then scanning it with something called "Spybot - Search and Destroy" which I've still got on my computer. Eventually, they managed to get it working again after few attempts. However, last night, my computer seemed to exit all my programs and, as far as I could tell, exited explorer.exe as well. I went to ask my brother, and by the time I came back, everthing seemed fine, outside of all my programs being exited. So, I decided to re-open Spotify, my other program, and Firefox to get back to what I was doing. Spotify opened alright, but Firefox reverted back to it's previous problem of not starting up properly. I've tried a few clean re-installs of Firefox and my brother is too busy to come and try to fix it, especially if it just stops working again. And before someone says "Just switch to another browser", I've tried that. Google Chrome has some weird problem with it which I'd probably post a pic of if I thought was relevent, Opera and Chrome are incompatible with the Battlefield Heroes plug-in and Internet Explorer crashes if I so much as think of pressing the "Play Now" button on the Battlefield Heroes website.
