Firefox & Interent Explorer both crash before opening
hi, well, both my firefox and internet explorer browsers crash before opening. firefox crash reporter flash up every single time. but it wasnt able to send a report. once in a very long while then firefox will open for a couple minutes then crash again. i tried re-installing, but it didnt change. i also used MALWAREBYTES ANTI-MALWARE, but it didnt help. internet explorer on the other hand closes immediately right after popping up. the internet works just fine but its just the browsers that are not functioning right. please help me as soon as possible. thank very much if you do.
