Adobe Flash and firefox -.-..

So up until yesterday i never had a problem with flash and firefox, but something happened and all of a sudden flash wont work with firefox, i uninstalled and installed the new firefox, i got the firefox able version of adobe flash, installed it as admin, even tryed copy an pasting the files into the plugins folder. Still nothing, its not even showing up in my plaugins, any help?

Did you install Flash from this location? If not, install now.

If the problems continue, check this item from the Mozilla Knowledge Base.
