Google sometimes crashes on start up
I have started having occasional problems starting Google.co.uk which I use as my home page on Firefox. Instead of starting up correctly the page comes up black with the search window pushed over to the right of the screen. If kill and restart Firefox, sometimes it comes up OK. Other times I have had to reboot to get it work properly.
So far I have done a virus check on the machine and it comes up clean and I haven't been able to find any reference to a similar problem on the net. I'm not too sure if I have changed anything recently, because I use automatical updates, but I did have a few problems getting Java updated recently. I think I sorted that though. I am currently running. Firefox Version 3.0.10 Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3 I use automatic updates |
