When I try to connect to the internet with mozilla firefox it tells me address not found, so I can not get online, I can't get my e-mail, and I can't get to firefox to reinstall it. What do I do?

Hi can you get online with internet explorer? If you can then you may need to get your Firewall to give Firefox permission to access the net. What firewall are you using?

If you can go online using IE then it means firefox is the problem. You can download firefox using IE. But if IE doesn't work as well, you might wanna check your connection.
