As of the past week,i have been trying to go to Youtube,however,it would take like 3 minutes load,and after all it would show a completely white screen;This happens with any YT link i may click (even the main page)YT was working perfectly as of the last week,and i haven't DL anything or something that could have made YT won't load,please,i need help with this.

P.S:this problem seems present with IE too,i just couldn't find the right board to post this,thanks in advance

Open up a command prompt (Start > run > cmd)
Type the following bolded commands and post the results for each affected machine.

ping www.youtube.com

arsatweb

If the ping comes back okay you can also try (without quotes) "tracert www.youtube.com".

This test will follow the trail from your computer, through your ISP, and to Youtube's servers. You'll be able to see if there are major lag issues anywhere along the way which can also cause issues, expecially if your browser is timing out on loading the pages.

i'm guessing the problem lays on the numbers 3-12,but i wouldn't know.

Yeah, lines 3-12 are definately your issue. Most of the time there's severe lag in accessing a website if there's just one or two stars (One on a single line). Most sites become unavailable if there's two stars on a single line.

What it's looking like to me is that everything past your router and your initial ISP server is down. So it's definately an ISP issue.

It should have an actual server name, but you're not even able to pull the names of the servers. (Hence the 'Time of delay exhausted for this request.' timeout errors).

For example I hit anything from IP addresses to named servers like ge-6-22.car2.Chicago2.Level3.net. I just ran a tracert and don't have a single timeout instance.

I would definately be calling your provider on these issues.
