Problem trying to see videos on full screen

I need help with firefox because i have being trying to see videos on full screen in web sites as you tube and the screen turns black. I will appreciate if someone give me some advices or teach me how to solve my problem. Thanks

Hi,

I can't believe that reinstalling is the only option. I would make sure that you have everything updated. Make sure that you have the latest flash version. I would try a couple of different websites too.

I know what you ment, but you don't always jump to the conclusion that you need to re-install a program. I know that works well in windows but from using linux I have learned that there usually is a different problem, that you can try to fix first.

OP - I need the following information from you :

What version is your Firefox ?

What are your installed add-on 's and plug-in 's ? : Tools > Add-ons

Have you had any previous crashes ?

How much ram does your computer have ?
