Firefox Problems

I have Firefox and it crashes once in a while, very slow especially when I open new tabs, and sometimes I will be on Firefox and it will just completely disappear and will reappear a few minutes to hours later!
Need help please!

Can you define "crashing"? Does it happen ONLY when using FF?

Well it just closes whatever window I have while using firefox it mostly happens with firefox and I tried using google chrome and it also crashes

The problem I am now having is just with one website, www.espn.com everytime i go there it runs very slow or sometimes the whole page and window will just disappear.
