downloading is interrupted by crashes

This is driving me crazy for some reason i cant download adobe flash player 10 ,also have been getting unexpected crashes/freezes ,the whole page turns white then shuts down and restarts to previous. Allot of times when i download anything i have to try a few times because the download will finish about a average 96-98% stop and then shutdown but it will download if i try enough times. I uninstalled and reinstalled like 3 times and it is still persistent in letting me down IE is even worse ,have posted hijack logs in another forum but will be glade to post one hear since my request have not been answered. Is there something i can do for a quick fix?

If you want to you can have a look at this. It will help you with getting set for the people in the Virus/Trojan/Spyware forum to help you. I don't know if you have run all your scans yet to make sure that you system is clean, but I would try that too, if you haven't yet.
