Re: Problem Screen Shot Attached

Hi,

I don't see anything that is wrong with FF. Is there something that I am not see? That looks exactly like what mine looks like when I start FF. Do you have a pic to compare this too?

Cheers!

Re: Problem Screen Shot Attached

I just uninstalled firefox so the problem is fixed but it will come back in couple of days, & dont want to keep uninstall it all the time just to fix it. Heres a screen shot of what it should be like. Cheers

Re: Problem Screen Shot Attached

Hi,

I see what you are talking about now. I would start with making sure that your system is clean. Run all your scans. If you need help with them take a look at this

Cheers!

Re: Problem Screen Shot Attached

I just finished doing scans with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware & did find some viruses trojans & SUPERAntiSpyware Professional found some adware. See what happens now, firefox is ok so far maybe it was them viruses doing it.

Re: Problem Screen Shot Attached

Hi,

That is a possibility. If that doesn't work then you might want to have a chat with someone from the Virus/Trojan/Spyware forum. The folks there have a lot of things that they can do for you. I would make sure that you read the stickies.

Cheers!
