Browser looses internet connection.

Hey, I tried to post this issue in network forums, but got no support there, and though it may rather belong in here.

I've got a very annoying problem which been bugging me for a while now. The issue is that my browser (Firefox / Chromie) looses it's connection to Internet every 10-20 mins, and stays dead for about half a minute. Then everything works fine again.

The weird thing is that it's only browser which can't connect to the Internet, if I am downloading anything, or talking over Skype, it doesn't get interrupted at the time bworser shows "Page load error".

I am running Windows Xp sp3, with Kaspersky firewall, to a thomson router, and have a custom VPN via ivacy.com, which however is turned off at the moment browser goes nuts, and I think problem began before I installed VPN.

Re: Browser looses internet connection.

Since you are already getting support from the network forum I am going to close this thread, but am willing to help you on the network forum.

Here is the link to the other thread.

Cheers!
