Can't access one site with Firefox

I am having the same issue and even tried IE 8 to reach the site I want. only one site I am having trouble getting too and tried every thing that was posted and don't know what to do.

the site I can't get into is discountanimedvd.com
I get

Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

or I get a blank page

Here is the problem, I ran a traceroute which pings each step on the way to reaching the ip that you want and then sends a ping back to you. It would appear that the host computer isn't being reached.

If there is a way to get ahold of the webmaster of the site, I would try that otherwise I don't think that there is a way to get to the site sorry.
