cannot access one game website

My child plays on this game website called buildabearville. She recently told me it wouldn't load anymore. It gets stuck on the part where it is trying to load vwgame01. I noticed it said it blocked it under my logs for my router so I opened the ports on my dlink dir-615 router for the game. It doesn't say that it is being blocked anymore but it still does the same thing. I have checked all the settings in my computer - nothing. I even tried to load it by turning off my windows firewall and antivirus (VIPRE). I have reset my router-nothing. I am at my wits end trying to figure this out. Any other game site loads fine. It is just this one. I emailed them and they pulled it up fine so I don't know what to do next. Tech support for dlink hasn't been able to help me and I can't seem to figure this out.
