Setanta online

I recently subscribed to Setanta online and viewing worked fine in both firefox and internet explorer. I haven't changed any of my settings but now when I load the video screen and hit play nothing happens.

I have tried reinstalling the windows media player plug in but this didn't work.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Re: Setanta online

Hi,

Welcome to TSF!!

What version of FF are you using? If you just did an update to 3.0.6 then the problem seems to be with your AV software, I have seen a lot of post about this thus far. I would try shutting it off and then trying it. If you haven't updated lately then the version is more important.

Cheers!

Re: Setanta online

Thanks for the tip.

I disabled the automatic scan in firefox and also disabled my own AV software but this didn't make any difference.

Any other ideas?!
