Unable to install VirusScan Plus
Im unable to reinstall VirusScan Plus in my PC. The error message is "Installation cannot continue. Were having trouble installing your McAfee software because javascript is not working correctly on this PC."
Im using Mozilla Firefox Version 3.0.5 & had downloaded the latest java at www.java.com yesterday. Please advise. Thks. |

Hi,
Welcome to TSF!! I would recommend that you try to turning off McAfee while it is trying to install. I know that they are both made by McAfee, but that doesn't mean that they play nicely. See what happens when you try that. Cheers!
