username and password in url

Was wondering if in FF (or even IE) you could put the username and password in the url before connect to a site so you dont have to login. Reason being a site a bunch of friends and I frequent now need you to register to see anything on their site so rather than make a bunch of accounts i want to make 1 and post the link in our forum so everybody can use it. (www.site.com/community/index.php?action=login) i have tried a few ways that ive seen on some forums like http://username:password@site.com and also tried index.php?action=login?user=xxx&pass=xxx but neither seem to work.

If you make one account for everyone to use, only one person will be able to login at any one time.

There are various ways of editing the URL to include password details, but if the website doesn't support this feature, or has specifically blocked it, then it can't be done.
