How to Recover Mozilla History?

Hello, I just clicked on "Options" today on Mozilla, and noticed it is set to delete/remember things only "For the Last 9 days".

However, I looked around a lot and noticed a lot of people said that it is possible to still recover the history, but the more I have used my computer ever since, the harder it is to get it back.

Please help me recover some of the web pages I visited more than 9 days ago, there were some interesting articles I forgot about and a lot of other websites I really want to still visit and can't remember...

Please provide ANY advice, including any programs that can help with this problem, or any advice and procedures I can do to solve this.
