firefox is slow...
for some odd reason firefox takes like 2 minutes to load up, and is very slow on each web browser...i defraged my computer with ausloigcs, viruscanned with mcafee, and spyware scanned with SUPERantispyware free addition......any ideas?

Re: firefox is slow...
Disable all addons, then switch to the default theme and restart Firefox. Re-enable the addons one at a time, restarting Firefox after each one until the problem comes back.

:o, im going to try that...so i changed my theme and have a couple of addons...after a while it slows firefox down? and i have to enable disable and such?

Hi,
Yes you have to disable the addons to see if they are causing the problem. You ca also try running in safe mode. That will set everything to defaults. Then you can see if you have an addon problem. If you do then we can address that next but you need to have a baseline to work from. Cheers!
