Cannot install add-ons?
I have never installed an add-on to Firefox before (haven't used it long). Visiting a website, it describes an add-on that I would like to use. I click to download, select "Allow" on the drop-down bar for the download to proceed, the download starts and completes, and then....

Hi,
Sorry for not getting to you. I would like to know what addon it is. Most of the time you can go to the Tools menu, then click on Addons. From there you can search for the addon. That is the best way to make sure that it is a real addon not just some program that would cause a problem for you. Cheers!
