Server problem
I am using Thunderbird with AT&T as my server. I have been unable to set Thunderbird to leave deleted emails on AT&T's email page. I have checked the "leave copies on server" boxes in "accounts" and "options" without success. Any suggestions? (If I should be just asking a question instead of starting a new thread, my apologies.) Thanks,
marty |

Re: Server problem
Welcome to TSF!!
Hi, This sounds like a problem with your ISP. If you haved done everything on your side with Thunderbird, and the messages aren't staying on the email server, then it is probably thier problem. I would recommend calling or emailing them and see if they have any suggestions. Also, I would go to your web mail server and see if there are any settings that you can change to keep the messages on the server. Cheers!
