Problems Logging In.

A certain site that I go to requires me to have a username and password. Recently though, when I put my info in and hit "enter" the box that I put my info in to goes off screen for a second then returns again asking for my info. It's as if it is taking the stuff I gave it and acting like I never gave it.

If I continue to put my info in it continues to do this until it either says I failed to log in or it failed to connect. This all started a few months ago. I contacted the site and they said my username and password are correct, and I didn't change any of my internet settings so I don't know why it isn't letting me in the logged in portion of the site.

Here is a pic of what the log in screen looks like: http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/3025/examplejm0.jpg

I tried Internet Explorer and ended up with the same results. Anyone know what to do?

Hey, this is acting as if your details are incorrect, i suggest you contact the site's admin/support to see if they've removed you etc.

Cheers,

Try clearing cookies and cache that might help let us know how it goes

Re: Problems Logging In.

My username and password are correct for the site (I contacted them). I also cleared my cookies and cache. It still doesn't work. Thanks for the suggestions though.

Re: Problems Logging In.

Try going to Tools -> Options -> click on the Security tab. The click on the Saved Passwords button. Check to make sure that the username and password are correct for that site. If they are different, then try deleting them and re-entering them.

Cheers!
