Cannot access Paypal with FF

Hi.

I am newbie first post.

When I type https://www.paypal.com into the address bar of firefox (my preferred browser) I get this weird page showing http://s437.photobucket.com/albums/q...int-screen.jpg up that appears to be Paypal but does not allow a way to access my account.

I went into "View Source" and it shows the following html code and I have highlighted a section of the html code (looks like a script) in red:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">

<title>General PayPal Error - PayPal</title>

<meta http-equiv="description" content="PayPal lets you send money to anyone with email. PayPal is free for consumers and works seamlessly with your existing credit card and checking account. <!--[if IE 7]><link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="https://www.paypalobjects.com/WEBSCR-540-20080925-1/css/ie70win.css"><![endif]-->

This is just a portion of the page html that appears suspect to me. Strange thing is when I use Internet Explorer I don't get this code/script and I am able to access my Paypal account with no trouble.

I don't have the knowledge base to understand what is going on here if anyone knows or has experienced this please respond. Could it be that Paypal is deliberately stopping me from accessing with FireFox browser? and only accepting MS Internet Explorer?

Thanks
T
