slow video streaming
I have telstra broadband liberty @ 20000/1000. I haven't used my allowance. I'm getting very slow video streaming with utube and various other video streaming sites. This has been happening it seems like forever.I can do all other things at good speeds(p2p,browsing,download files, etc)It has been suggested by a friend that i have a virus, I have scanned with my freeware applications(avg, spybot, malwarebytes) and they have come up empty. I feel i must add that i do get an annoying pop up regularly asking me to connect to the internet and when i try it says error 678 can not connect to the remote computer. When i cancel the pop up i am still connected anyway. I have spoken to my isp and they assure me everything is fine, it's just that i'm streaming from free sites and then they start pushing their own site. I'm confused and disappointed because everyone talks about utube and yet i have given up trying to use it.I have the latest adobe flash player and it will load, only very slowly. PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE.
