Make Default Browser
I want to replace Comcast.net with Firefox as my default browser. I have followed the instructions on Firefox but neither of them worked. First, I tried doing it via Tools, Options, Main Panel, etc. Then I tried to do it in Control Panel: Add/Remove Programs, Set Program Access, Choose default browser. I clicked OK or Apply (which ever one is on that screen).
I shut down the computer to see if that would help but it didn't make any change. I still cannot make Firefox as my default browser. What should I try next ? |
