Internet Not Working after a full computer reformat

Hi guys my internet isnt working and i heard theres this CD you need for the installation of the internet. I know it comes with my computer but i lost it can someone check for me where i can find a CD for a DELL.

it doesn't have to be Mozilla Firefox its actually internet explorer by mozilla would be fine.

Hi, welcome to TSF

There are 2 things you need. An internet browser ( Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera are the most popular), and an ISP (Internet Service Provider). Do you know who your ISP is or if you have one?

i dont think i hae a ISP maybe thats what i need and ty for the welcome if i do have a ISP i dont know what it is reply soon ty. and i use IE i forgot to mention.
