rip media off windows media player firefox plugin (EDUCATION PURPOSES)

I was wondering if there was a way to rip media off the web, from sites that run the windows media player firefox plugin to play the clip. I need to rip a clip off there for a school project, this is the linkhttp://archives.cbc.ca/politics/provincial_territorial_politics/clips/776/

To my knowledge this is not illegal, anyway I can't find any way of doing it, I have a firefox plugin that does it for most media, but not for this one, I've tried looking in the source code for the file, making a HTML file with the link and then saving as.... but nothing works, so I don't know, any body have anything?

actually if you read the term of use for the site, you will find you would be violating copyright laws.
