Re: my fire fox is not responding............plz help

What version of FF are you using? try using "Safe mode" (firefox start) and see if it makes a difference

Re: my fire fox is not responding............plz help

hmm, i cant think of what the problem would be, you could try a clean install of firefox (or upgrade to v3) but it's hard to know the problem, if it happens in safe mode then it's in firefox not plugins(usually the case)....

Cheers,
Jamey

Re: my fire fox is not responding............plz help

I noticed this same problem come up on mine recently. It's been really laggy and freezing on me just in the last month. I spoke with some other people too and they are having the same problem with IE. You don't by chance have time warner cable do you? I just read an article about a ISP in England that installed monitoring software on customers computers that was causing the browser to lock up. Wondered if they were doing it here in America too.

Re: my fire fox is not responding............plz help

Yeah, my ISP(UK Based) recently changed their service so that they can log everything and blah blah blah, still i had problems with them before... Still rakun's problem sounds software based...

Jamey
