files won't delete

Firefox was messing up and I wanted to uninstall and reinstall it, but some of the files in the profile won't delete, although everything else is. The bookmarks, bookmarks.bak, sessionstore, localstore.rdf, and prefs.js.moztmp keeps reading cannot delete_______: The file or directory is corrupt and unreadable.

try deleting it in safemode.
