Log In to Excite
For reasons unknown, I am able to log in to "Excite.com" and open my mail with the Opera browser.
When I try to do the same with Firefox, I am able to log-in and click on numerous Excite options with success . . . except for one. When I click on the "Mail" option, I get kicked back out to the log-in page as if I hadn't already logged in. Excite gives a large set of "Log In problem" solutions, but I can't find a solution to my problem. What's worse, I can't find out how to contact their Technical Support. Any ideas why this happens only with the Firefox browser? Any solutions? ahmeru  |
