I recently uninstalled and wiped all my firefox settings after installing a addon call ghostborwser (or something similar) it has a icon of Casper the Friendly ghost to represent it. It Removed all my colour and images form ALL websites visited it was suposed to be (I assumed anyways) like a 'bosskey to hide the browser/make it invisible, after the colour faded from my world I uninstalled the Addon and restarted firefox and the colour and images were still gone so I uninstalled firefox and erased all of my settings out of the Docs setting folder (Exept for backing up my bookmarks)and used ccleaner to purge the rgistery of firefox enteies to start fresh.
I then reinstlled firefox 2.0.0.14 and tried loading it I got the "firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Message restarted and got the same I rebooted and still the same message I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times still and still get: firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Any ideas? |
