Firefox not responding

Not so good with the techinal side of the computer so be gentle please!!! lol

Right, try to go onto he internet through firefox but just says not responding, can anybody help me please?

Hi, welcome to TSF

Is this a new problem or has Firefox never worked? If new, have you installed any Firefox addons?

Can you get onto the internet with Internet Explorer or any other browser? Does your email work?

In Firefox, go to File (top left) and make sure there's no checkmark next to Work Offline.

If you have a firewall, make sure it's not in Block All Internet Access mode and that Firefox has the correct permissions.

Yes Firefox worked previously and it's only on my personal account on the pc, it works on all the others, I can get on IE and get my emails and stuff from that it's just firefox.
